Q. How do I receive my products?

We offer direct to client shipping. We do not offer pick up.

Once you place an order online, a store representative will contact you to confirm the ETA for your order and make delivery arrangements.

Q. Can I just buy products or do you only offer renovation packages?

You can definitely just buy products!

Renovation services are optional. You can contact us for a quote.

Q. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or in transit, changes may not be possible.

Q. I don't see a package that fits the needs of my project - can Renovation Centre still help me?

A. YES! We offer renovation services for all types of projects, not just what is listed in our packages. Contact us for a free quote to fit the specific needs of your project.

Q. How does financing work?

A. Good question! We want our clients to be confident and stress-free, so we offer financing. Apply for financing with one click and in many cases, no hard credit check! Terms vary and can n approved credit we can offer up to 12 months with NO PAYMENTS and 0%.

Q. How long will my renovation take?

Usually we finish the project within 4-5 business days keeping in minf scope of project.
