What areas do we deliver our services?
We delivery our services from and around 200 Kms.
How long does it take to Finish the project?
Usually we finish the project within 4-5 business days keeping in minf scope of project.
Can we reschedule project start date?
Yes, you can reschedule the start date latest before 24 hours of the start date or there would be fees charged for rescheduling the job again.
Can I return or Exchange any custom order?
Unfortunately, custom or special-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.
Can I get refund for installation services once booked or completed?
Installation services are non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Can I place an order over the phone or by email?
Yes, we accept phone and email orders for your convenience. Please contact us with your order details, and a representative will assist you with the process.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or in transit, changes may not be possible.
Do you offer order customization (e.g., custom sizes, finishes)?
Yes, we offer custom options on many of our products. Custom orders may take longer to process and are non-refundable. Contact us for details or to start a custom request.

What’s the difference between vinyl and laminate flooring?
Vinyl is waterproof and better suited for moisture-prone areas like kitchens and bathrooms. Laminate offers a wood-like feel and is ideal for living areas. We can help you choose the right material for your space.
Are your flooring products pet-friendly and scratch-resistant?
Yes, many of our vinyl and laminate options are built to withstand daily wear and tear, including pet claws. Look for scratch-resistant features in the product specs.
Do you offer job site visit?
Yes we do offer job site visit, there might be some charges applied depending on how far the project is going to be.
