Delivery FAQs
I live in a house. Where will the delivery team leave the boxes?
Our standard service is to the front door. The front door must be accessible - no vehicle blocking, steps must be passible with a dolly. There must be available parking for the delivery van. The
delivery team will not enter the home. Products needed to be signed for. If no one is available to sign for the products, delivery will be rescheduled for an additional fee.
I live in a condo/apartment. Where will the delivery team leave the boxes?
Our standard service is to the front door. The front door must be accessible - no vehicle blocking, steps must be passible with a dolly. There must be available parking for the delivery van. The
delivery team does not go inside the condo building. Ensure you or someone is available to receive the order. Products needed to be signed for. If no one is available to sign for the products, delivery will be rescheduled for an additional fee.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date. However, additional fees will apply for changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
What if no one is home when my order is delivered?
If no one is available to accept delivery, additional charges will be required for rescheduling your order.
Do I have to help lift or carry anything?
Our delivery team is responsible for unloading the truck and depositing the items at the front door. After that you are responsible for your products.
Delivery Policy
To ensure a smooth delivery please be aware of the following:
- Deliveries are to the front door. Items cannot be brought inside the home by our staff
- Delivery area must be accessible by dolly (free from debris, less than 3 steps, open laneway)
- Area for parking must be available
- All items must be inspected and signed for upon arrival
If someone is not available to receive and sign for the order, a new delivery time and day will need to be arranged at an additional cost of $200.
Inspection of Products
All products must be inspected upon pick-up or delivery. Do not accept or sign for damaged products. All products, especially flooring and tile, should be inspected before installation.
Claims for damaged items must be submitted same day.
Returns & Exchanges
Sale or Customized Products
Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or credits. Customized products such as countertops, or modified products such as countertops with additional holes drilled, are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or credits.
Inspection of Products
All products must be inspected upon delivery. Do not accept or sign for damaged products.
Flooring and tile should be inspected before installation. Claims for damaged items must be submitted same day.
Once installed, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns
We strive to provide exemplary customer service to all of our customers. We value each customer's experience and strive to make sure they are satisfied.
For your return to be accepted we require the item to be returned in its original packaging, unopened along with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 25% to 75% may be applied. Any refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method.
Shipping and delivery fees are nonrefundable.
Exchanges
An exchange can be made up to 10 days of your original purchase. For your exchange to be accepted we require the item to be returned in its original packaging, along with the original receipt. A restocking fee of 25% to 75% will be applied.
Items will not be eligible for exchange if the following apply:
Scratched or broken
Missing the original receipt
Missing or having damaged the original packaging
Shows signs that item has been previously installed
